If you are a leadership you might need some project management training. More and more of the businesses today arrange their work in projects. This is not a new phenomenon but has lead some people I know to believe that the future work environment is one of very few employees.
Instead people are hired on a project management basis, i.e for short terms projects. Already we can see statistics saying that for example an average 40-year old twenty years ago had been employed only in one or maybe two different companies in his or her career. Today that number is closer to 10-15 different companies.
So I think a project management training of some sort will definitely be an asset in the future, more so than before something that will look very good on your CV. Of course those trainings can contain many different things but get one that has both the hard skills, planning, structure etc as well as the soft skills, relationship building, communication and you will be fine.
Or two different project management trainings, one for the hard part and one for the soft dito.
